As our startup grows, famvia is looking for high agency folks who want to have an immediate impact + contribute to a non-linear outcome.**The Big Picture**We have the best pitch of any other travel company out there: we're a family-first travel company that helps you plan, book and earn cash back on your next vacation. We are ready to get our messaging out in front of families everywhere with a social media guru That’s where you come into play. At a high level we need you to:1) Engage with our audience primarily via Twitter and Instagram with creative stories and bite-sized content. Interact with comments and promote sharing on short/long form videos.2) Influence the influencers who we want to join our social community program.3) Maintain focus on quality and attention to detail while also maintaining a high output.**Daily Tasks**- Work with our Creative Director to schedule content for the day/week and collaborate on the short-form video content you need to connect with more families.- Use humor and wit to communicate our brand’s values to potential families that will end up booking their vacations with us.- Use your design chops to create a variety of thumbnails for landscape and portrait videos + daily carousel posts. This is one of the main tasks for this role.- Reply, engage, reply. This role includes heavy interaction with potential customers and families on all social platforms. You will become the face of our brand on our socials- Dive into editing reels and short form content.- You are passionate about Disney World, Universal Orlando, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Sandals Resorts and more.- You know all of the hacks to trick the algorithms to show your reels more often with people. #viral.- You wake up every morning thinking about the ways you can connect with our audience and your loyal fanbase.- You are seeking a place where you can immediately fit in, but more importantly stick around to gain ownership and achieve greatness together.- Experience in Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and/or other media apps.- Can show experience running social accounts for other brands.**Note: as part of the interview process you will be asked to create a 5 slide deck on**:- Your favorite thing to do with your family- Your experience with Big Picture #1- Your experience with Big Picture #2- Your experience with Big Picture #3- Your best joke**Benefits**Family-First Benefits.It’s not only how we describe our travel company, it’s the core theme for our brand as well as the driving force behind I Could Eat (our parent company). Our leadership team is based in Texas and Florida.
