**Compensation**:10,000 Mexican peso plus commission**Responsibilities**:- Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook- Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts- Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities- Develop our organization’s online presence with our digital marketing team- Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities- Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media**Qualifications**:- 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience- Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video- Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Previous experience in the real estate industry- Lead generation experience preferred**About Company**Commercial Invest is a real estate company experienced in commercial real estate that takes an approach to meet exceeding expectations for our clients.
