We're Hiring: Account Manager (LATAM) | US-Based Company

A fast-growing
US technology company
is expanding its commercial team and looking for
high-energy Account Managers based in LATAM
to support and grow a North American customer base.

This is a
full-cycle, consultative sales role
focused on owning accounts, driving pipeline, and expanding relationships across a broad portfolio of engineering and technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the
    full sales cycle
    within an assigned territory
  • Prospect and close
    new logo opportunities
    while expanding existing accounts
  • Manage a healthy pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets
  • Run discovery calls, demos, QBRs, and follow-ups with technical and business stakeholders
  • Identify
    cross-sell and upsell opportunities
    aligned with customer needs
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, technical, marketing, and services teams

What Success Looks Like

  • 2–3 discovery meetings per week
  • Consistent outbound prospecting and deal creation
  • Strong activity metrics (meetings, demos, quotes)
  • Long-term, trusted customer relationships
  • Disciplined execution of a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    B2B consultative sales
    (tech, SaaS, engineering, or solutions-based sales preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable selling to both
    technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable
  • Fluent English required
  • Based in
    LATAM
    , supporting US customers
