About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Digital Organization Associate to support the backend marketing and operational needs of a growing adaptive apparel brand. This role is focused on data clean-up, system organization, and execution support, ensuring our digital platforms, product information, and internal documentation remain accurate, organized, and scalable.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Clean-Up & Digital Organization (Primary Focus)

  • Audit, clean, and maintain product data across platforms (Shopify, marketing tools, internal spreadsheets)
  • Ensure accuracy of product listings, attributes, pricing, tags, and inventory information
  • Organize and maintain shared folders, assets, and documentation
  • Standardize naming conventions, file structures, and internal workflows
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information and correct them proactively

Website & SEO Support

  • Assist with manual SEO cleanup tasks (metadata, product descriptions, internal linking)
  • Support optimization of product pages for clarity, consistency, and conversion readiness
  • Help maintain site organization as new products or updates are introduced

Marketing Operations Support

  • Assist with backend setup and maintenance of marketing initiatives
  • Support scheduling and coordination of campaigns using existing assets
  • Ensure platforms and tools are properly synced and functioning as intended
  • Light support with TikTok Shop or social platforms as needed, not as a primary responsibility

Influencer & Outreach Coordination (Secondary)

  • Research and organize potential influencer or partner contacts
  • Maintain clean tracking systems for outreach efforts
  • Support follow-ups and coordination, without heavy direct sales responsibility

Administrative & Ad Hoc Support

  • Handle miscellaneous operational tasks that are reactive in nature
  • Assist with one-off projects that need execution and follow-through
  • Help take recurring but time-consuming tasks off leadership's plate

Qualifications (Required)

  • Experience in digital operations, data management, or marketing support
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive or cleanup-heavy tasks
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with SEO support or website optimization
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms (not required)
  • Experience supporting early-stage startups or lean teams
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and process documentation
