The Role
As a Project Manager, you will:
• Payment Solutions Integration: drive Peri integration initiatives include the planning, integration with Solera Products, and rollout with Pro-Services, Customer Support, Sales, and Sales Enablement
• Payment Solutions Vendor Management: coordinate and collaborate with Peri Payment Facilitators, Hardware, and other vendors to deliver on Peri initiatives and solution improvement
• Payment Solutions Planning: work with leadership and cross-department teams to determine and priortize Peri initiatives including facilitating scope determination, project proposals, and establishing deadlines
• Payment Solutions Operationalization: Lead cross-team collaboration of rollout and reporting on Peri operational processes and controls from pre-sales through Customer Support
• Payment Solutions Delivery: focus on Peri projects, primarily product integration, expansion, Payment Facilitator integration, hardware solutions, and operationalization
• Payment Solutions Stakeholder Management: Closely collaborate with stakeholders (including Executive team, Department Managers, IT personnel, and End-Users) to ensure Peri meets organization requirements/objectives
• Payment Solutions Improvement: Coordinate with Sales, Pro-Services, Business Architect, and Platform Architect on prioritization and alignent of new feature enhancements and bug fixes
• Payment Solutions Executive Reporting: Enterprise level reporting for Senior/Executive Leadership across and in alignment with Peri inititives
• Sales and/or Submerchant centric expereince with Payment Solutions operationalization, delivery, and improvement
• Drive company-wide, high-visibility, and high-priority Programs that focus on rolling out IT, Organizational, and Process integrations with an emphasis on consolidation, cost savings, reporting, and maintaining company culture.
• Responsible for successful delivery of multiple complex initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established timeframes
• Align with Key Stakeholders from Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and the Business to manage, track, report, and ensure the success of Solera's most important efforts.
• Will be accountable for and directly manage critical Programs and Projects, coordinate logistics and resources, conduct planning and working sessions, and build lasting relationships to meet Project objectives.
• Collaboratively define the scope of work, identify appropriate resources, set goals, develop schedules, and track and report progress while ensuring the overall approach is refined and communicated to stakeholders.
• Establish, continually manage, and communicate with Project stakeholders and Executive and Senior Management regarding project expectations, and provide reporting insights on issues through root cause analyses
• Must have exceptional communication and organization skills, be highly collaborative, and understand independent and interdependent organizational structures, tools, and teams.
• Practical, innovative, data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, candidate will need to leverage and implement Project management tools, processes, and KPIs to increase visibility, create stability, and ensure adoption.
• Work with leaders and teams across the globe to create meaningful and positive change.
• Provide Gap analysis on processes currently in place, suggesting refinement and improvement to streamline efficiency and simplicity
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ Years of experience in program or project management or related business facitiliation role (including leading collaboration and alignment across mult-team efforts to achieve results)
- 2+ Years of experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven Program Management transformation plans

Apply the proper balance of creating value versus diminishing returns to increase efficiency, repeatability, alignment, control, documentation, reporting, and the capture of details critical to team success.
• Facilitating Solutions: Discern objective information to address issues, including documenting the impact and utilization of the PMO escalation process; collaboratively problem-solve and adapt to achieve objective
• Training Competency: mentoring peers as determined by growth and delegation, skilled at logically documenting processes and artifacts for ease of use by others, comfortable and professional in providing feedback and course re-direction to peers
