The Role

As the Head of Out of Home Delivery, you will lead the creation, growth, and operation of Cubbo's OOH Delivery Network across Mexico.

This is a senior leadership role: a mix of strategy, operating model design, execution, and partnership management.

You will work closely with the Co-Founder and executive team to transform Cubbo and leading OOH platform in the region.

You will define how the business should look at "point B" — and then design the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to get there.

Your scope includes the complete independent Business Unit of OOH.

You will own the GTM approach, operational design, merchant onboarding, and performance of the entire OOH network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the full strategy for Cubbo's OOH Delivery Network in Mexico
  • Build the operating model
  • Define priorities and the feature roadmap for the Ecosystem
  • Lead the partnership relationship and other major stakeholders.
  • Build a scalable GTM approach to onboard thousands of merchants.
  • Establish the onboarding, support, and maintenance model for merchants.
  • Ensure optimal checkout logic for store selection in every postal code.
  • Build and lead a small, high-performance team focused on speed and decision-making.
  • Manage budget, performance metrics, and profitability of the OOH delivery unit.
  • Operate autonomously and drive the business from early stage to full scale.

Specialized Skills

  • (OPTIONAL, we care more problem solving) Expertise in OOH delivery, retail logistics, ecommerce, or parcel networks.
  • Experience designing scalable operating models and GTM motions.
  • Ability to build processes for onboarding and managing thousands of merchants.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow partnerships
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics for volume, adoption, SLA, and operational throughput.

Hard Skills

  • Data analysis and decision-making based on metrics.
  • Working knowledge of OMS, WMS, APIs, routing logic, and logistics tech.
  • End-to-end process optimization skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to build and track KPIs (capacity, volume, SLA, conversion, performance).
