Job Description
We are looking for a
Customer Solutions Manager
to drive customer acquisition and support the adoption of
JC360
, an enterprise workforce productivity and operational analytics platform.
This is a customer-facing role with ownership of the
full customer lifecycle
, from initial outreach and lead engagement through solution introduction, onboarding, and ongoing customer support. The role is suited for a professional who is comfortable combining
enterprise software sales activities
with
hands-on customer enablement and support
.
The position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, and the ability to operate autonomously within an international organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential enterprise customers within the Spanish-speaking market
- Manage early-stage lead generation and initial outreach activities
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and guide prospects through the sales cycle
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution discussions
- Support commercial negotiations and close customer engagements
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity tracking, and reporting
Customer Enablement and Ongoing Support
- Onboard new customers and support successful adoption of the JC360 platform
- Provide day-to-day customer assistance related to platform usage and configuration
- Troubleshoot functional and application-level issues in enterprise environments
- Work with Windows-based systems and common enterprise technologies
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations when required
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle
Qualifications and Key Skills
- Experience in
enterprise IT software or SaaS environments - Background in
B2B software sales, customer success, technical support, or hybrid customer-facing roles - Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer decision processes
- Comfortable interacting with professional stakeholders and decision-makers
- Solid technical foundation, including familiarity with Windows environments or enterprise applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements
- Native Spanish and advanced English
