Customer Success Manager
, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, owning the entire project lifecycle from discovery to deployment. If you thrive on challenges and enjoy crafting solutions that make a real impact, we invite you to join our team.

You are a
technically savvy consultant
who enjoys owning the discovery, solution design, validation, and competitive aspects of opportunities.

About the position:

  • You are a product evangelist who can educate on the business value of AI Rudder solutions through detailed solution demonstrations of the value points.
  • You translate and align our products to maximize the customer's ROI on value.
  • Identify where best to utilize specialists and experts in the sales cycle while taking a technical leadership role within the deal cycle.
  • Conduct PoC/PoV to help customers understand the solutions to their business requirements.
  • You will work on multiple prospects simultaneously prioritizing through engaged communication with other teams or through partners.
  • Keeping up to date on our technology, you will have a chance to present at webinars, conferences, or other marketing engagements

You would have:

  • 3+ years of one or more of the following:
    Pre-sales
    and Project experience of Software-as-a-Service solutions.
  • Have business analytics experience and need to know SQL or other database languages.
  • Superior solution scoping abilities, using existing solutions and influencing new product development.
  • Strong English communication (a must).
