IT Support Senior Analyst

We are looking for a talented IT Support Senior Analyst to join our team in the IT department in Mexico City. This position is hybrid and requires working at least 4 days a week in the office.

We count on you to:

  • Investigate, classify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in applications reported by customers.
  • Assist in problem resolution and incident management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Provide support for applications until tickets are resolved.
  • Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
  • Ensure that all relevant processes for implementation, support, and change management are followed (e.g., Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management).
  • Support project teams to ensure that technology-related projects are successfully implemented, on time, and with minimal impact on the production environment.
  • Manage internal clients and global exposure.
  • Provide support to various regions, including the U.S., Canada, and Latam.

What do you need to have?

  • Title of technician or degree in a discipline related to technology.
  • Knowledge in Service Desk
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
