Talent Development Intern

Objective

Support the evaluation, documentation, and monitoring of Talent Development processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and research to support Innovation identifying how technology can support on Talent Development processes.
  • Admin of calendar for updates and publications in internal's Nemak site.
  • Collaborating with HRBPS to solve issues with platform, and Learning and Communications teams to identify relevant content for the site, to keep the site up to date with compelling content and propose ideas to enhance the user experience.
  • Talent Assessments Administrative Process connect with regional champions to identify correct cost allocation for assessments.
  • Obtain and analyze employees' feedback regarding TD Processes design and launch of survey and communication of results.

Position Requirements

  • Career: HR, Administration, organizational psychology, communication, related careers.
  • Software: Microsoft Office, Canva, Design, video edit, related.
  • Behavioral Skills: Creative, Analysis, Attention to detail, Proactive.
  • English advance required.
