Technical sales engineer

-Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, while providing leadership and guidance to the regional sales team.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and consistent results.
  • Identify and acquire new customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, value-added solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

2–5 years of experience working with CNC machines and in technical sales.

Background in automation, B2B sales, and programming.

Advanced conversational English.

Willingness to travel as required.

Valid visa and passport.
