About the Role

We're looking for a driven real estate Warm-Caller to help us uncover investment opportunities through our agent-to-agent lead strategy. Unlike traditional cold calling, you'll be reaching out to real estate agents who already have a relationship with the homeowner—giving you a warmer entry point to re-engage and explore off-market possibilities.

This role is ideal for someone with phone sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for real estate investing. We'll equip you with scripts, tools, and training—and offer both a base salary and commission on every deal we secure through your outreach.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact real estate agents who previously represented buyers of a specific property.
  • Reference known client details (name and property address) to re-engage interest.
  • Build rapport, explain our investment model, and encourage the agent to reconnect with the homeowner.
  • Log all activity and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with our acquisitions team to pursue qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfort following structured scripts and handling objections with tact.
  • Strong attention to detail and CRM data tracking.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results driven.
  • Sales or calling experience (real estate, solar, insurance, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Real estate license is a bonus but not required.

Compensation & Career Path:

  • Base Salary + Commission on Each Closed Deal
  • Top performers earn $5,000–$8,000 per month
