Function: Finance BU – Payroll Operations

Reports To: Regional Finance Director – LATAM

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Manage payroll systems and interfaces, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate with HR to validate employee records.
  • Prepare monthly reports, general ledger postings, and year-end filings; respond to audits and tax authority inquiries.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries, union dues processing, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Lead payroll-related projects and drive process improvements aligned with Finance BU goals.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 12+ years of payroll experience in multinational environments.
  • Proven track record managing payroll for 7,000–10,000 employees.
  • Expertise in Workday, HCM platforms, and local payroll providers.
  • Strong understanding of payroll flow, compliance, and tax regulations.
  • CPP certification preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
