About the Role
We are looking for a resilient, data-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. This is not just a telemarketing role; it is a strategic sales position where you will work directly with Growth leaders to open doors at major accounts.
You will be the "tip of the spear" for our sales team, engaging HR, Benefits, and People Ops decision-makers to expand access to high-quality, bilingual healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Hunt & Prospect: Execute a high volume of outbound activities (50+ calls/emails/social touches daily) to identify new business opportunities.
- Qualify & Consult: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and determine if MiSalud is the right fit.
- Leverage Tech: Use AI tools, HubSpot, AmpleMarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research accounts and craft hyper-personalized outreach.
- Build Pipeline: Generate 10+ qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) per month for the Account Executive team.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain rigorous records in our CRM to ensure full visibility of pipeline health.
What We Are Looking For
- Bilingual Excellence: Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal). You will be selling to US-based decision-makers.
- Sales DNA: 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Lead Generation role (SaaS or B2B exposure preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and modern sales tools (AmpleMarket, LinkedIn Sales Nav). Experience using AI (ChatGPT/Gemini) to accelerate research is a huge plus.
- Grit & Resilience: You don't fear rejection. You view a "no" as one step closer to a "yes."
- Coachability: You crave feedback and are constantly looking to improve your pitch and process.
Success Metrics
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified sales opportunities per quarter (30)
- Maintain strong conversion rates from outreach to meetings booked
- Achieve high adherence to daily and weekly outreach activity targets
- Respond promptly to inbound leads
- Maintain 100% CRM data hygiene for assigned leads and accounts
