Job Title: Support Analyst (Excel specialist)

Location: 100% Remote within Mexico

Job Type: Full-time – Direct Hire

Salary: Up to $ 52,000 MXN monthly (gross base salary)

Benefits: Direct hire + benefits above the law

Requirements

High Priority

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a support analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with finance concepts and financial models.
  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong organization and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve Level 1 analysis tasks while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Assign issues, conduct investigations, identify root causes, and produce clear and accurate bug reports for the development team.
  • Adhere to established SLAs when triaging incidents from the service desk.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including how-to guides, troubleshooting articles, and user documentation for the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate and communicate daily with Development, IT Support, Product Management, and QA teams.
  • Effectively diagnose and narrow down issues, determine root causes, and deliver creative solutions that address customer needs.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Serve as a key communication point between the client, product management team, and other stakeholders within the ecosystem.
