Visión general:

Desarrollar herramientas de inteligencia de negocio, análisis estadístico y modelos de machine learning que permitan descubrir patrones de compra, consumo y oportunidades de cross-selling, con el fin de mejorar la rentabilidad, eficiencia y toma de decisiones estratégicas en el mercado de productos de grifería, tinas y llaves.

Develop business intelligence tools, statistical analysis, and machine learning models to uncover purchasing, consumption, and cross-selling patterns in order to improve profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making in the faucets, bathtubs, and plumbing products market.

Responsabilidades:

  • Recopilar y estructurar datos internos y externos de ventas, clientes, productos, cotizaciones y comportamiento del mercado.
  • Collect and structure internal and external data related to sales, customers, products, quotations, and market behavior.
  • Aplicar técnicas de minería de datos y deep query para identificar patrones ocultos en el comportamiento de compra y consumo.
  • Apply data mining and deep query techniques to identify hidden patterns in purchasing and consumption behavior.
  • Desarrollar modelos de machine learning para predicción de demanda, segmentación de clientes y recomendaciones de productos (cross-sell y up-sell).
  • Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and product recommendations (cross-sell and up-sell).
  • Crear dashboards y reportes ejecutivos con indicadores clave de negocio, márgenes, rotación de producto y comportamiento del cliente.
  • Build executive dashboards and reports with key business indicators, product margins, turnover, and customer behavior insights.
  • Generar alertas automatizadas para anticipar cambios en la demanda, desviaciones de precios, y oportunidades de optimización comercial.
  • Generate automated alerts to anticipate demand changes, price deviations, and commercial optimization opportunities.
  • Diseñar modelos analíticos que soporten decisiones de pricing, promociones, surtido, y estrategias de canal.
  • Design analytical models to support decisions related to pricing, promotions, product assortment, and channel strategies.
  • Administrar la calidad y gobernanza de los datos utilizados en análisis críticos para el negocio.
  • Manage the quality and governance of data used in critical business analyses.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de estrategia de precios, marketing y dirección comercial para alinear la inteligencia de datos con la visión de negocio.
  • Collaborate with pricing strategy, marketing, and commercial leadership teams to align data intelligence with business vision.

Requisitios:

Educación / Education

  • Licenciatura en Ciencia de Datos, Estadística, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o campos relacionados (se prefiere posgrado).
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (postgraduate preferred).

Conocimientos / Knowledge

  • Inteligencia de negocios y modelado predictivo. Técnicas de minería de datos y clustering. Consultas profundas utilizando SQL avanzado. Programación en Python o R para machine learning (scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.). Herramientas de visualización como Power BI, Tableau o Looker. Métricas comerciales: márgenes, rotación, elasticidad, ticket promedio, valor del tiempo de vida del cliente (CLV). Segmentación de clientes y análisis por cohortes. Conocimiento del sector ferretero o de plomería es una ventaja
  • Business intelligence and predictive modeling, Data mining and clustering techniques, Deep query using advanced SQL, Programming in Python or R for machine learning (scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.), Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, Commercial metrics: margins, turnover, elasticity, average ticket, customer lifetime value (CLV), Customer segmentation and cohort analysis, Knowledge of the plumbing or hardware sector is a plus.

Experiencia / Experience

  • Mínimo de 2 a 3 años en análisis avanzado de datos, ciencia de datos o inteligencia de negocios en sectores industriales o comerciales.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in advanced data analysis, data science, or business intelligence in industrial or commercial sectors
