Warum diese Rolle wichtig ist
Als wichtiges Mitglied des Supply-Chain-Teams übernehmen Sie das tägliche Auftragsmanagement, koordinieren die Just-in-Time-Bevorratung und unterstützen die kollaborative Planung mit Original Equipment- und Autohaus-Kunden, um die Prognosegenauigkeit und den Service zu optimieren.

Diese Stelle ist auf ein Jahr befristet.
Das Gehört Zu Ihren Aufgaben

  • Auftragsabwicklung und Planung der Anlieferung bei Erstausrüstungs- und deren Autohaus-Kunden (PKW-Hersteller) in EMEA gemäß der Kundenbedarfe, sowie Goodyears Prozessvorgaben und Strategie
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen hinsichtlich ihrer Bedarfe, Produktverfügbarkeit, Lieferstatus & Supply Chain bezogener Beschwerden
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte beim Kunden
  • Analyse der Bedarfs-, Produktions- und Bestandsmengen
  • Koordination und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei drohenden Lieferengpässen in enger Abstimmung mit Supply Chain Produktionsplanung als auch in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
  • Bestandsmanagement für OE Produkte in den Lägern Goodyears und an den Standorten der OE Kunden
  • Evaluation relevanter Kennzahlen und kundenbezogenen Reportings (wie beispielsweise die Lieferantenbewertungen der OEMs, die Liefer-Performance, die Genauigkeit der Prognose, etc)
  • Mitwirkung am monatlichen Forecasting-Prozess für die zu verantworteten Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Sales Operations und EMEA Demand Planning
  • Repräsentant der Supply Chain OE im OE Account Business Team & bei Kunden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeptionierung und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden- und Prozessstandards in der Supply Chain OE und Car Dealer EMEA

So Sollte Ihr Profil Aussehen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung, gerne auch ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management / Logistik
  • Strukturierte & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Verständnis
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Problemstellungen und proaktive Lösungsfindung
  • Erfahrung in einem multinationalen Umfeld
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Geübter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbes. Excel, PowerPoint, & SAP
  • Sehr gute schriftliche & mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit auf Deutsch & Englisch (Französisch von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen ggf. auch mehrtägigen Dienstreisen
