Objetivo del puesto:
Asegurar la correcta y oportuna ejecución de los procesos de nómina para todas las entidades legales, garantizando el cumplimiento con las disposiciones laborales, fiscales y corporativas aplicables. Gestiona la integración, validación y dispersión de los pagos, así como la preparación de reportes y cédulas regulatorias, asegurando la precisión y confidencialidad de la información de los colaboradores.

Responsabilidades principales:Ejecución de procesos de nómina:

Procesar la nómina quincenal de todas las entidades legales mediante Kronos NOV Time y cargarla en ADP/SAPGui.

Incorporar incidencias proporcionadas por Recursos Humanos y validar el cálculo de percepciones, deducciones y contribuciones.

Gestión administrativa y dispersión de pagos:

Solicitar tarjetas de vales de despensa para nuevos ingresos.

Notificar los recursos requeridos para la dispersión de nómina, pensiones alimenticias, sindicato y cajas de ahorro.

Procesos especiales:

Ejecutar finiquitos de personal de todas las empresas.

Administrar nóminas especiales, incluyendo aguinaldo, PTU y bonos anuales.

Cumplimiento y reportes regulatorios:

Preparar cédulas y reportes para dictámenes de IMSS, INFONAVIT y contribuciones locales.

Realizar el cierre de cédulas (ej. Fonacot) y preparar la cédula para ajuste anual.

Generar y compartir reportes de nómina con Recursos Humanos y áreas relacionadas.

Conocimientos y habilidades requeridas:
Dominio de sistemas de nómina y control de tiempo (Kronos, ADP, SAPGui).

Conocimiento de legislación laboral y fiscal mexicana (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, Fonacot).

Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y apego a fechas críticas.

Excel intermedio-avanzado (manejo de reportes, validaciones y conciliaciones).

Comunicación efectiva y manejo de información confidencial.

Formación académica:
Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración o carrera afín.

Experiencia:
Mínimo
3 a 5 años
en procesamiento de nómina y gestión de incidencias.

Experiencia en sistemas
Kronos, ADP y SAP
(deseable).
