TikTok Shop es nuestro motor principal y estamos buscando a dos mentes creativas, dinámicas y con "chispa" frente a la cámara para escalar nuestras ventas y llevar nuestra imagen de marca al siguiente nivel.

¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos perfiles híbridos: mitad creadores de contenido, mitad vendedores estrella. Si amas las tendencias, sabes editar videos que atrapan y te sientes como pez en el agua haciendo transmisiones en vivo, queremos conocerte

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Host de Live Shopping:
    Serás el rostro de las marcas en TikTok Lives, presentando productos y cerrando ventas en tiempo real.
  • Contenido Viral & Estratégico:
    Idear, grabar y editar (CapCut) contenido diario para TikTok y Reels enfocado en ventas y storytelling.
  • Administración de TikTok Shop:
    Gestión de productos para lives, coordinación de muestras con afiliados y monitoreo de tendencias.
  • Imagen de Marca:
    Asegurar que la estética de Soft Nature y Kidichic sea coherente, atractiva y profesional.
  • Innovación:
    Uso de IA y herramientas digitales para optimizar la producción de contenido y publicidad (Ads).

Requisitos:

  • Edad:
    25 a 35 años (preferente).
  • Personalidad:
    Excelente presentación, gran facilidad de palabra y desenvolvimiento natural en video.
  • Experiencia:
    Ventas en redes sociales, live commerce o creación de contenido comercial.
  • Skills Técnicos:
    Dominio de CapCut, Canva e Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a contenido.
  • Mentalidad:
    Orientada a resultados (KPIs de venta) y pasión por las tendencias digitales.

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo Base:
    $15,000 netos mensuales.
  • Atractivo esquema de Comisiones:
    Incentivos por objetivos de venta en TikTok Shop y Lives.
  • Horario:
    Lunes a Viernes, 9:00 am a 5:30 pm.
  • Modalidad Híbrida:
    3 días presencial / 2 días remoto (esquema 3x2).
  • Crecimiento:
    Participación directa en el lanzamiento de Kidichic y la expansión de Soft Nature.

  1. Prepara un
    video de máximo 1 minuto
    (formato vertical tipo TikTok) vendiendo un producto. Puede ser de nuestras marcas o cualquier objeto que tengas a la mano. Queremos ver tu capacidad de "gancho", tu dicción y tu cierre de venta.
  2. Sube tu video a
    Google Drive, Dropbox o TikTok
    (asegúrate de que el link sea público).
  3. Adjunta el LINK de tu video
    en tu mensaje de postulación o en la parte superior de tu CV.

Postulaciones sin link de video no serán tomadas en cuenta.
