We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality development projects across the Caribbean, with a focus on destinations such as the Bahamas, St. Lucia, Barbados, and Jamaica.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in hotel construction and stakeholder management, capable of driving end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle project delivery, from pre-construction through handover
• Manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee budget control, capital expenditure approvals, and cost estimate reviews
• Ensure construction quality and compliance with international hospitality standards
• Facilitate client meetings, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across regions
• Support design optimization and value engineering initiatives
• Navigate complex regulatory environments and cross-border logistics
• Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site
• Lead project close-out and operational transition to hotel operators

Education/Experience:

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including hotel development in the Caribbean
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• PMI or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote delivery
• Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices is an advantage
