About the Opportunity

Not all cruise ship roles are entry-level.

Some positions require very specific experience, advanced hospitality knowledge, strong administration skills, or unique professional backgrounds.

Responsibilities(depending on role)

Responsibilities vary depending on the department but may include:

  • Supporting hotel administration functions
  • Coordinating documentation, reporting, and shipboard communication
  • Assisting leadership with daily operations and departmental tasks
  • Delivering training sessions, onboarding activities, or L&D programs
  • Ensuring compliance with cruise line standards
  • Managing inventories, logs, scheduling, or administrative systems
  • Providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with multi-department teams onboard

REQUIREMENTS

Required Before Interview
  • English CV in Harvard format (PDF)
  • Professional photo
  • Official work reference (minimum one)
  • Valid passport (or proof you're applying for one)
Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience in a related role

Strong administration, communication, or leadership background

Advanced English (mandatory for these positions)

High degree of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail

Strong computer skills (MS Office, PMS systems, reporting tools)

Ability to adapt to multicultural environments

Availability for 6–8 month contracts onboard

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in hotels, hospitality administration, HR, training, or leadership roles
  • Cruise ship experience (highly valued, but not required)
  • Strong presentation or facilitation skills (for L&D roles)
  • Knowledge of compliance, logistics, or guest operations
  • Supervisory or team-lead experience
