The Automotive Technical Project Manager will oversee the development and implementation of test automation strategies and verification and validation test plans. This role requires expertise in hardware functional testing and circuit debugging, ensuring product quality and reliability. The candidate will contribute to the company mission by enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities : -

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of verification and validation test plans to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct hardware functional testing to identify and resolve potential issues in electronic equipment.
  • Perform circuit debugging to troubleshoot and rectify hardware malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes and product development.
  • Provide technical expertise in auto-verification and validation to optimize product performance.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all testing procedures.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary testing equipment and resources.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Travel as required to support testing activities and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in test automation and hardware functional testing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in verification and validation test plans and circuit debugging.
  • Have experience in auto-verification and validation within the relevant domain.
  • Exhibit proficiency in English language skills for effective communication.
  • Show ability to work from office and adapt to day shift requirements.
  • Display capability to manage travel requirements for project needs.
