IT SPECIALIST WORKPLACE SERVICES (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • The IT Specialist – Workplace Services is responsible for delivering IT support and maintenance at the Querétaro Production Site, as well as its affiliated Service Centers and Sales Offices. This role ensures the operational stability of local infrastructure by overseeing the monitoring, installation, maintenance, and support of network, server, storage, and communications systems. The position enables seamless user access to local, regional, and global applications and services.
  • Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and resolving service-impacting issues. Additionally, the role provides hands-on desktop support, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and deployment of client devices. All solutions and interventions are to be thoroughly documented to ensure knowledge continuity and compliance.
  • Manages a variety of complex infrastructure and business critical systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer systems or a related field.
  • Conversational proficiency in English required; ability to communicate effectively in day-to-day technical and operational contexts.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Clients, Servers and Network administration.
  • Ticketing systems.
  • Local infrastructure support.
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and support of system hardware and software.
  • Server Room Management, including best practices.
  • LAN and WLAN network knowledge with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and their application.
  • Computer hardware and Desktop application support.
  • Networking fundamentals (ISP, IP, DNS, subnets, routing, switching, cable management).
  • Windows 11 and Intune Company Portal.
  • Remote access and VPN systems.
  • Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Office 365 suites, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) software administration.
  • Printer troubleshooting and support.
  • Multifactor authentication (MFA) concepts.
  • IT procurement supply management.
