Medical Retention Specialist - Confie Tijuana

The main role of a Retention Specialist is to ensure customers have a positive experience with Sunshine Life & Health through proactive outbound calls, fostering loyalty and preventing cancellations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage renewals and ensure customer retention.
  • Identify cancellation risks and apply strategies to prevent loss.
  • Provide proactive support and resolve issues for a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Provide a concise professional resume in English.
  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
  • Basic computer knowledge.

You must be available to work any day of the week (you'll have scheduled days off, of course).

You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
