Bilingual Interpreter - Confie Tijuana

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document all necessary details of a loss for initial review by the adjuster, ensuring accurate claim investigation.
  • Handle follow-up calls from involved parties, escalate cases to the adjuster, and assist with claim updates.
  • Provide claim status updates, including handler contact details and expectations, while triaging escalations appropriately.
  • Assist with translation for claim-related statements, including property damage, bodily injury, and potential fraud cases.
