Join our Global Quality team and help us deliver excellence in customer satisfaction through quality documentation and collaboration across technical and manufacturing teams.

As Associate Global Quality Documentation you will be responsible for Customer quality request handling in a timely manner for the products from the Ingredion's manufacturing sites all over the globe. This includes specifications completion, supplier and manufacturing site assessments and responses to the basic queries.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, quality, and customer support groups to complete/develop product standard documentation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites.
• Maintain and update the Ingredion and customer portals with quality documentation.
• Organize and manage all quality documentation and standard letters.
• Ensure documentation responses to customer requests are complete and prioritized.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, microbiology or related engineering/science field; or equivalent experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.
• Basic knowledge of hydrocolloids, corn wet milling process, starches, sweeteners, or food ingredients.
• Experience in supporting customers with technical documentation, remote auditing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database software.
