We are seeking a Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist with a solid accounting background to lead and support Sage Intacct implementations across multiple client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep system implementation expertise with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and enjoys guiding clients through complex financial system transitions.

What You'll Do

Sage Intacct ImplementationsLead and support end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations across multiple client environmentsManage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for core financial modulesOversee data migrations, including the Chart of Accounts, Trial Balances, Accounts Payable, and Cash ManagementConfigure Sage Intacct to align with client accounting structures, reporting needs, and business requirementsData Migration & Quality ControlPerform detailed data validation, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and data integrityConduct error analysis and implement corrective actions throughout the migration processEnsure migrated data ties out to legacy systems and financial recordsProcess Automation & OptimizationDevelop and implement Excel macros to automate repetitive migration and validation tasksImprove migration workflows, documentation, and internal controls to increase efficiency and consistencyClient Training & DocumentationConduct client training sessions on Sage Intacct functionality and post-implementation workflowsCreate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for migration, validation, and system usageSupport clear and proactive client communication throughout implementation projectsProject & Stakeholder ManagementEnsure projects meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standardsProvide regular status updates, MIS reports, and implementation insights to stakeholdersCollaborate closely with accounting, implementation, and client-facing teams

 

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience in accounting systems implementation, financial systems consulting, or a related roleStrong hands-on experience with Sage Intacct implementations (required)Solid accounting foundation, including understanding of general ledger structures and financial reportingProven ability to manage multiple client projects in a deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solvingPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience leading Sage Intacct implementations across multiple clientsHands-on experience with AP and Cash Management data migrationsExperience creating automation tools (Excel macros, templates, validation checks)Background in outsourced accounting, consulting, or public accounting environmentsExperience supporting system improvements, documentation, and internal controls

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST or CST.Additional perks.
