En Growth HR estamos en la búsqueda de un Head Of IA para ser parte de importante fintech de servicios financieros de México.

En su rol que será responsable del desarrollo, implementación y evolución de soluciones de inteligencia artificial en toda la fintech, desde modelos predictivos hasta IA generativa y agentes autónomos, asegurando un enfoque ágil, ético y alineado a los objetivos de producto, negocio y regulación financiera.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Definir la hoja de ruta técnica de IA y liderar su ejecución en productos y procesos clave (risk scoring, onboarding, antifraude, personalización, etc.).
  • Construir, escalar y liderar equipos de data scientists, ML engineers, AI engineers y agentes.
  • Coordinar con líderes de Producto, Tecnología y UX para integrar IA como capa transversal de valor en las plataformas y servicios.
  • Supervisar la arquitectura, entrenamiento, evaluación y mantenimiento de modelos predictivos, generativos y RAG.
  • Evaluar y adoptar herramientas y plataformas (LLMs, LangChain, Vertex AI, etc según necesidad del negocio.
  • Garantizar MLOps eficiente y gobernanza del ciclo de vida de modelos.
  • Colaborar en la definición de estándares de ética, explainability y privacidad de IA conforme a normativa vigente
  • Promover una cultura de experimentación rápida, prototipado y mejora continua.

Experiencia:

  • +3 años en desarrollo y despliegue de soluciones de IA/ML.
  • +5 años liderando equipos técnicos de IA en fintechs, banca digital o startups tech.
  • Experiencia probada en proyectos de scoring crediticio, recomendadores, detección de fraude o personalización de producto.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Modelado supervisado y no supervisado (regresión, clasificación, clustering).
  • Deep learning, NLP, LLMs, agentes IA (CrewAI, LangChain, RAG, embeddings).
  • Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, MLflow.
  • Integración vía APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Familiaridad con frameworks regulatorios (IA Act, ISO 42001, IA ética).
