The role:
We are seeking for a Commercial Intelligence Senior Analyst for our Sales Team. He or she will be responsible to generate, review and understand data, KPI´s and Salesforce information to develop new strategies and keep monitoring our forecast and portfolio behavior. He or she is analytical, innovative and data driven.
What you will do:
• Develop, maintain and optimize commercial KPIs to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.
• Present performance insights to commercial leadership, enabling decision-making and action plans.
• Own CRM (Salesforce) data quality, defining controls and corrective actions.
• Generate sales and business forecasts based on historical data, KPIs and pipeline analysis.
• Analyze and improve Salesforce usage and sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion.
• Segment clients, products and territories to optimize commercial focus and resource allocation.
• Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behavior and revenue mix.
• Identify growth opportunities including cross-sell, up-sell and underpenetrated accounts.
• Monitor pipeline dynamics, detecting risks, bottlenecks and deal slippage.
• Design dashboards and reports that support daily execution and strategic decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Sales Ops and Marketing.
What we are looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in Data/Business analytics.
• Excel advanced(Power Pivot, Macros, QWERYs, etc).
• Experience with CRM, Salesforce desirable.
• Experience with Power BI or DAX desirable.
• Experience with Pyton desirable
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, analytical and seek for innovative processes and new methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
• English - Advanced.
