C1 Lead Services Account Manager MAM (Managerial Ladder) Lead the sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area and/or market category and/or a Key Account as well as the related team. Define & implement sales strategies to identify potential customers, managing existing customer relationships to deliver budgeted sales and margin targets.

Your Mission

Sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area and/or market category and/or a Key Account as well as the related team. Define & implement sales strategies to identify potential customers, managing existing customer relationships to deliver budgeted sales and margin targets.

Lead the implementation of the strategy for sales for the assigned scope.

Ensure that budgeted sales and margins targets are met for the assigned scope.

Identify market potential for assigned territory/business area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.

Lead sales team through the creation and execution of individual sales plans.

Manage the forecast process in the assigned area, ensuring accuracy and predictability.

Ensure through sales team that all customer-related data, including opportunities, accounts, contacts and offers is high quality and updated in the CRM.

Legal & Trade & Finance - Intermediate

Structured Sales Management - Expert

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent/MBA or Sales & Marketing

Certifications: N/A

Professional Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in capital equipment sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry
