Job Description
As a
CRM Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that optimize the customer experience through the proper use of the CRM system and data analysis. Your daily responsibilities will include customer segmentation, metrics monitoring, and collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to improve processes and results. This is a full-time position and will be based in our offices located in
Cancún
, Quintana Roo.
Requirements
:
Excellent analytical skills for data analysis, performance metrics, and generating key insights for decision-making.
Effective communication skills and experience coordinating with work teams and stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of market segmentation and sales strategies to achieve established objectives.
Professional project management skills for planning, implementing, and evaluating initiatives within the CRM system.
Previous experience in the remodeling or construction industry, as well as proficiency in using technology tools and CRM software, will be considered an asset.
