The position and your daily adventures

The Broker Sales Manager at Klar is responsible for building, strengthening, and scaling the performance of our broker channel. This role combines the relationship-driven focus of a KAM with the analytical rigor of a business analyst: you will manage broker partnerships end-to-end, ensure they understand and promote our financial solutions, track their performance, and provide insights that drive growth.

Your mission is to turn the broker network into a high-performing acquisition channel by enabling them, measuring their effectiveness, optimizing their funnel, and ensuring that Klar's products are positioned accurately and compellingly in the market.

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model. We look forward to seeing you in the office 3–4 times per week.

What you can expect:

  • Broker Relationship & Enablement: Own the relationship with a network of financial brokers, acting as their main point of contact. Train brokers on Klar's value proposition, underwriting criteria, processes, and product updates. Ensure brokers communicate our financing solutions accurately and consistently. Develop playbooks, materials, and guidelines that help brokers improve their conversations and conversion.
  • Performance Management & Analytics: Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide performance reports to internal stakeholders. Track broker-generated leads, approval rates, conversion, onboarding behavior, and portfolio contribution. Identify patterns, opportunities, and bottlenecks in broker performance using data.
  • Growth, Monetization & Target Achievement: Set quarterly targets with each broker and ensure they have a clear path to achieve them. Identify high-potential brokers and design strategies to maximize their contribution. Work closely with Growth and Risk to refine ideal buyer profiles and optimize broker funnel quality.
  • Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of brokers internally: bring structured insights and feedback to Product, Marketing, and Underwriting. Help define new workflows, tools, and processes that streamline broker channel operations.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in roles such as KAM, Account Manager, Business Analyst, Sales Manager, or similar preferably in fintech, lending, SaaS, or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products (credit, underwriting basics, onboarding/KYC, etc.)
  • Experience managing partners, suppliers, distributors, or brokers is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record meeting commercial targets or driving channel growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
