- The Sales Manager will be a senior expert supporting sales leadership with insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations.
- The Sales Manager will manage B2B mobility & leasing/ Growth, Key Accounts and strategic sales for Ayvens Mexico.
- The Sales Manager will have solid experience in B2B business development, specializing in mobility solutions, leasing, and financial services.
- The focus will be on acquiring new clients, revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and closing high-value deals.
- We are looking a Sales Manager with a proven ability to build portfolios, preferably with an existing client base, lead complex sales cycles, and cultivate long-term relationships with mid- to upper-level executives
- With ability to adapt strategies according to the specifics of each account, technical requirements, language, knowledge of specific systems, and the needs of the Mexican market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop B2B sales strategy for the corporate and international business segments
- Manage the sales pipeline and acquire new clients
- Lead complex sales processes: prospecting, diagnosis, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate with internal departments (risk, operations, pricing, legal, etc.)
- Present Ayvens as a strategic partner to decision-makers and industry forums
Key Requirements. Knowledge & Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and progressive sales leadership experience
- Knowledge in vehicle leasing, fleet management, or related industries is advantageous.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets.
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Openness to learning, change, and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient Spanish and English
- Bachelor's Degree required.
