Misión del Puesto
La posición de Accounts Payable Specialist es responsable de realizar los pagos correspondientes y controlar los gastos mediante la recepción, procesamiento, verificación y conciliación de la facturación.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Control de gastos mediante la recepción, procesamiento, verificación y conciliación de facturas.
- Realizar el pago a proveedores en tiempo y forma brindando seguimiento y notificación a los mismos.
- Preparación de cheques y coordinación para realizar los pagos.
- Manejo de caja chica.
- Ingreso pagos al exterior.
- Realizar la carga de gastos de los extractos bancarios.
- Conciliación bancaria de forma diaria.
- Manejo de derivados (Instrumentos financiero para control tipo de cambio)
- Disponibilidad de horario en días de cierre.
- Nota: La posición puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado.
Perfil del Puesto
- Estudios
Universitario en Curso o Graduados Carrea de Administración de Empresas o Contador.
- Experiencia
3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Idiomas
Inglés Intermedio (Preferentemente)
- Informática
Microsoft Excel – Nivel Avanzado (excluyente)
ERPs (Preferentemente)
