Buscamos Ingeniero Jr. de Seguridad e Higiene para integrarse al equipo de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS), con un rol clave en la ejecución de programas, cumplimiento normativo y apoyo operativo en planta. Esta posición contribuye directamente a mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro, saludable y alineado con los estándares legales y corporativos de la compañía.
La persona en esta posición será responsable de implementar y dar seguimiento a programas de seguridad e higiene, impartir entrenamientos de seguridad, participar en investigaciones de incidentes, así como apoyar en la gestión ambiental y controles operativos del sitio. Adicionalmente, colabora en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de mejora continua, incluyendo iniciativas que integran herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar procesos EHS. La posición reporta al Líder EHS y tiene interacción constante con equipos operativos y proveedores especializados.
Responsabilidades principales:
Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a programas EHS y al cumplimiento de iniciativas legales y corporativasImpartir entrenamientos de seguridad conforme al calendario establecidoParticipar en la investigación y análisis de incidentes, así como en la definición de acciones correctivasGestionar SDS, bitácoras, controles ambientales y documentación de seguridadSupervisar el control de residuos, manejo de emisiones y administración de agua y sueloDar soporte a auditorías internas, iniciativas SEAL y PEAK y proyectos de mejora continuaCoordinar y dar seguimiento a proveedores externos relacionados con servicios ambientales y de seguridadLa posición requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos mixtos y nocturnos, brindando soporte a las operaciones cuando sea necesario y asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de seguridad en todos los horarios de operación.
