As a Fleets Wholesale Intern, you will be part of the team responsible for managing the fleet portfolio, supporting key processes related to customer service, collections, and operational follow-up. This role involves direct interaction with customers and coordination with internal areas such as Commercial Risk, Consumer Credit, Customer Service, Collections, and Legal, contributing to the overall customer experience from GMF's perspective.
Your participation will be essential to ensure accurate management of information, documentation, and administrative processes, as well as providing support in financial and compliance-related activities.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the growth of the fleet business by:
- Providing customers with information regarding prepayments and payment reconciliation, ensuring correct application in the system.
- Sending weekly outstanding balance reports to clients.
- Following up on invoices with dealers and customers.
- Monitoring the fleet portfolio, including payment performance, renewals, quarterly financial reviews, and credit bureau checks.
- Updating reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Safekeeping and organizing documents in digital and physical formats.
- Monitoring news related to customers
- Active student of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Be 1 year or more apart from your graduation date (Dec 2026, June 2027, Dec 2027).
- Availability of 25 hours per week (5 hours daily).
- Be located in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
- Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
- Confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Administration and financial analysis skills (desirable).
