What will you do?
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    • Coordinate pre-boarding logistics.
    • Prepare employee files and manage onboarding sessions.
    • Organize orientation talks.
    • Support 90-day onboarding experience with follow-up chats and reminders for essential courses and tools.
  • Offboarding:
    • Assist with legal entity changes and voluntary terminations.
    • Manage payroll tickets, resignation checklists, and document scanning.
  • Reports & HR Data:
    • Generate monthly headcount and training reports.
    • Maintain IT asset return records and shared HR folders.
  • HR Communications & Events:
    • Collaborate on HR newsletters and design campaign materials.
    • Support logistics for site events and initiatives.
  • Location: Punto valle.
  • Hybrid scheme.
What skills will make you successful?
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Power Automate and HR systems (TRESS, TalentLink) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Mexican Federal Labor Law.

Who will you report to?

You'll report to an HR Consultant and work closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications for Your Success:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Expected graduation: December 2026 or later.
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
