Are you a motivated, goal-driven individual ready to launch your career in sales? Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be at the forefront of driving growth and building meaningful client relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and report on your outreach and performance regularly.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential accounts and breaking into new markets.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively tailor your outreach and conversations.

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; able to clearly convey value and build trust.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.

What We Offer
  • Base salary: $18,000 MXN/month

  • Uncapped commission structure – the more you sell, the more you earn

  • Food vouchers: $1,500 MXN/month

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Christmas bonus: 20 days

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
