Como Especialista en Programas de Apoyo a Pacientes, serás responsable de liderar la creación, implementación y administración de soluciones y programas dirigidos a pacientes en el sector médico, enfocándote en mejorar el patient journey desde el diagnóstico, el acceso y la adherencia a los tratamientos. Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de áreas terapéuticas estratégicas para asegurar la eficiencia e innovación en los programas de apoyo a pacientes.
La Oportunidad
Liderarás la creación, implementación y administración de soluciones y programas dirigidos a pacientes.
Cocrearás soluciones y Programas de Apoyo a Pacientes (PSPs) con los equipos de áreas terapéuticas estratégicas para mejorar el patient journey desde el diagnóstico, el acceso y la adherencia a los tratamientos.
Definirás métricas y generarás Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) e insights a través de los programas para informar decisiones estratégicas de los equipos.
Actuarás como un catalizador en la co-creación, diseño e implementación de pilotos de Soluciones de Paciente (PS) y PSPs.
Desarrollarás, administrarás y ejecutarás actividades y programas dirigidos a pacientes, controlando los recursos y asegurando el cumplimiento con las normas correspondientes y las políticas internas.
Colaborarás en el diseño e implementación de soluciones digitales en salud para mejorar el patient journey.
Asegurarás que la herramienta global de registro de programas esté actualizada en tiempo y forma.
Elaborarás el plan de supervisión estratégica de los Programas de Apoyo a Paciente y Soluciones de Pacientes.
Cuentas con una Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud (por ejemplo, Químico Farmacéutico Biológico, Ingeniería en Biotecnología o afín).
Aportas un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia previa en programas de apoyo a pacientes.
Tienes experiencia previa manejando proyectos multidisciplinarios.
Posees un nivel intermedio de inglés (escrito y verbal).
Te caracterizan la organización, la priorización, la comunicación efectiva y la orientación al cliente.
Preferible
Experiencia deseable en trabajo de campo en el sector médico: como representante de ventas, médico, patient journey partner o en el área comercial.
Demuestras la capacidad de manejar la presión.
