Job Description:

The Billing & Revenue Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of the company's revenue streams. This role will work closely with billing, accounts receivable, and commercial teams to maintain financial integrity, support monthly closings, and identify discrepancies in revenue-related transactions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor daily revenue entries and ensure timely and accurate recording in the ERP system.
  • Reconcile revenue reports with billing and payment data from internal and external sources.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process.
  • Collaborate with billing and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure completeness of revenue documentation.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to revenue recognition.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track revenue and invoicing performance and variances.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline revenue operations.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or revenue operations.
  • 2-3 years in a management roles
  • Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles and billing processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Understanding of Mexican regulations for E-invoicing process.
