** Customer Service - Fletes Nacionales **

Que garantice un servicio ágil, confiable y disponible 24/7 para nuestros clientes.

Requisitos
  • Licenciatura afín concluida.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Servicio a clientes en Logística Nacional.

    No Importación, No Exportación, No Consolidado

  • Experiencia con cuentas NACIONALES de Consumo Masivo (Eje. Kimberly Clark, Pepsico, P&G, Mondelez, Bonaspan, Jugos del Valle, etc.)

  • Manejo básico de Excel y disposición para aprender sistemas internos (TMS, CRM).
  • Disponibilidad para brindar atención 24/7.
  • Habilidades de Comunicación, Negociación**, Organización y Manejo bajo presión.
Responsabilidades
  • Atender y dar seguimiento a las cargas asignadas desde la planeación hasta la entrega.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con el cliente (WhatsApp, correo, teléfono).
  • Coordinar con transporte, operaciones y seguridad para resolver incidencias.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega y KPIs de servicio.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y elaboración de reportes semanales.
