Join the DiDi Shop team as an Intern and dive into a world of excitement Collaborate with a dynamic team, focusing on retailers' opportunities (from analysis to execution), help with retailer's visibility in platform and in key seasonalities and promo activities. Work alongside passionate professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced universe of the DiDi Shop team.

• Collaborate on projects finding opportunities on promotions and visibility for retailers on key seasonalities.
• Create campaigns to leverage key categories for Seasonalities.
• Contribute to projects on category and Merchant growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall growth and efficiency.
• Engage in data analysis to identify trends and provide continuous improvement insights.
• Participate in meetings, sharing innovative ideas for team advancement.
• Support in creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment, fostering a positive team culture.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Administration, Sciences, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Previous involvement in projects related to business, data analysis or operations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
