Maintenance Coordinator

An HOA / Community Management company based in Connecticut, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a background in property management, particularly in U.S.based HOA settings, who excels at organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders
- Communicate with Property owners, tenants, vendors and maintenance technicians
- Communicate and partner with the property managers to maximize efficiency
- Ensure outstanding client relations and service
- Work with vendors involving work orders and accountability
- Coordinate lawn maintenance and snow removal process as needed
- Administer rental and fire inspections processes
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Maintenance Coordinator/ Property Management experience for a US based HOA Management company or Property Management company.
- Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and attention to details
- Sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office programs and general computer skills
- Ability to work full time 40 hours a week following US Eastern time zone

Pay: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
