Gerente de Import–Export
con
trayectoria consolidada, capaz de liderar estratégicamente las operaciones de comercio exterior de la compañía, asegurando eficiencia operativa, cumplimiento normativo y optimización de costos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Liderar y supervisar las operaciones de importación y exportación.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de comercio exterior alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Gestionar relaciones con agentes aduanales y autoridades regulatorias.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas aduaneras, fiscales y de comercio internacional.
  • Optimizar costos logísticos, tiempos de entrega y procesos operativos.
  • Analizar riesgos, tendencias de mercado y oportunidades de mejora en comercio exterior.
  • Reportar resultados y proponer planes de acción a la alta dirección
  • Mantener actualizado el registro de operaciones de importación/exportación y reportar indicadores de desempeño.

REQUISITOS:

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Administración, Logística o afín.
  • Experiencia sólida y comprobable (mínimo 15–20 años) en operaciones de importación y exportación.
  • Amplia experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo o gerenciales dentro del área de comercio exterior.
  • Conocimiento profundo de regulaciones aduaneras, tratados comerciales y clasificación arancelaria
  • Capacidad para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y manejo de situaciones complejas.
  • Visión integral del negocio y alto nivel de madurez profesional.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y gestión de equipos de alto desempeño.
