Operations Coordinator (Remote) — HD Clean

This role is not customer-facing first—it is system-facing first.

The Operations Coordinator exists to protect standards, reinforce systems, and ensure execution stays aligned as the company scales.

If something is unclear, broken, or inconsistent—this role finds it, fixes it, and prevents it from happening again.

This is a thinking role. A pattern-recognition role. A follow-through role.

What You'll Own

  • Reviewing sales calls and supporting call-quality improvement
  • Supporting Field Supervisors and Trainers with reporting and follow-up
  • Maintaining operational dashboards and scorecards
  • Identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and misalignment
  • Supporting SOP documentation and updates
  • Reinforcing consistency across departments as we grow

Pay & Structure

  • Training period: approx. $40,000 MXN / month
  • Post-training base: approx. $48,000–$53,000 MXN / month
  • Average monthly bonus: $8,500–$15,500 MXN, earned on personal operational performance
  • Fully remote | Full-time
