Our client, a multinational software company, is looking for talented Technical Writers based in Mexico for a project starting in early 2026.

This is a 100% remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high- quality documentation
  • Respond to and solve issues related to existing written content
  • Maintain and improve freshness of existing content
  • Author and edit articles
  • Adhere to branding and style guidelines
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the latest developments

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' technical writing experience
  • Proficiency in HTML and CMS
  • Fluency in English (native-level) is essential
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own work with minimal oversight
  • Copy editing skills -attention to quality and detail
  • Technical literacy with coding concepts (non-developer level)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies
  • An ability to work independently as part of a globally dispersed team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or Information Technology
  • Excellent English proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading
