Objetivo: Brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel, mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo a EUC (desktop, laptop, celulares, impresoras, ipad y tablets) y soluciones de Audio y Video con el fin de garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos en sitio.

Principales actividades:

Cargar sistema operativo, instalar y configurar equipos en sitio, de acuerdo con los tickets e incidencias, con el fin de tenerlos en óptimas condiciones y funcionamiento.

Seguimiento a tickets y documentación en tiempo.

Diagnosticar y reparar los equipos que presenten fallas, de acuerdo con los procesos y metodologías de Ricoh, con el fin de tener los equipos operando.

Realizar mantenimientos preventivos, con el fin de evitar fallas en los equipos que impidan el funcionamiento normal del mismo.

Atender las llamadas de soporte técnico y dar seguimiento a la incidencia hasta su resolución.

Solucionar problemas de hardware, siguiendo el proceso indicado en los manuales de servicio y atendiendo las incidencias, escalar a garantía en caso de ser necesario.

Cumplir con los parámetros de calidad de servicio, tiempo de respuesta y solución comprometido con el cliente con el fin de garantizar la excelencia en el servicio.

Brindar capacitación/asesoría al cliente para el correcto uso de los equipos, de acuerdo a las necesidades operativas o programación, con el fin de garantizar el uso correcto de los equipos.

Mantener inventario actualizado de los equipos del cliente. (equipos en alcance)

Implementación de soluciones de audio y video.

Soporte a soluciones de audio y video.

Estar en constante actualización técnica de las nuevas tecnologías.

Apegarse a los procesos y mejores prácticas. (ITIL)

Educación:Ingeniería o Licenciatura terminada o trunca en Sistemas, informática, Computación o afín

Experiencia (deseable): Al menos 2 años de experiencia.

Ingles Intermedio (Conversación básica; deseable)

Experiencia en soporte N1
