Bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Operations Assistant
Full-Time | Contractor | Central Time Hours
We are seeking a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Operations Assistant to support our operations, customer service, and sales coordination. This role is critical to daily communication between clients, field technicians, and internal staff. The ideal candidate speaks and writes both English and Spanish fluently and is highly organized, professional, and proactive.
This is a long-term, full-time contractor position with opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
Language Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
· Fluent spoken and written English
· Fluent spoken and written Spanish
· Ability to switch seamlessly between English and Spanish during calls, emails, and chats
· Comfortable communicating with English-speaking clients and primarily Spanish-speaking employees
Core Responsibilities
Calls & Customer Communication
· Answer and make inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish
· Provide professional, friendly customer service
· Maintain accurate records of all call interactions
· Identify client needs and help resolve issues or escalate when necessary
· Must be comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls and messages during business hours.
Leads & Sales Support (Residential)
· Collect complete information from new client leads
· Accurately complete lead sheet questionnaires
· Assist with job quoting using provided guidelines and complete sales follow-up as directed
· Ensure all lead information is entered correctly into company systems
Scheduling & Administration
· Schedule jobs and coordinate calendars
· Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems
· Provide general administrative support to operations and management
Client, Employee & Internal Communication
· Clearly communicate client needs to appropriate employees (field technicians, billing, operations, etc.)
· Use Slack and Connecteam to communicate with internal teams
· Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to assist employees with questions
· Understand when and how to escalate issues to leadership
Note: The majority of our employees are Spanish-speaking only, so strong Spanish communication is essential.
Decision-Making & Escalation
· Handle routine scheduling, questions, and follow-ups independently
· Escalate client complaints, pricing disputes, or employee conflicts to management
· Follow documented procedures when unsure
New Hire Support
· Assist with phone interviews for potential new hires (in both English and Spanish)
· Communicate hiring steps and expectations clearly to candidates
Tools You Will Use

Work Schedule
· Full-time: Monday–Friday
· Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
· Candidate should be located in Central Time or a closely aligned time zone

Salary
· Starting salary $7.00 USD/hour - $10.00 USD/hour
