We're looking for a high-caliber, bilingual Sales & Operations Specialist to help us scale a fast-growing connectivity and technology service across Mexico. This is not a standard sales role — we need someone who can sell, handle operations, solve problems on the spot, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles with a consultative and high-conversion approach.
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring efficient and effective follow-ups.
- Support coordination, service activation, troubleshooting, and operational tasks as needed.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to optimize workflows.
- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM and internal systems.
- Ensure a premium experience from first contact through successful activation.
- Analyze performance and report insights directly to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English & Spanish (written and verbal — essential).
- Sales + operations background — someone who can close deals and figure out logistics.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional customer communication and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in tech, telecom, internet services, or subscription models is a plus.
- Comfortable working with metrics, pipelines, and fast decision-making.
- A proactive, resourceful "I'll figure it out" mindset.
