At **Nova NRG**, we are a growing solar energy company focused on providing clean and affordable energy solutions. Our team is committed to offering homeowners renewable energy options through a professional and results-driven approach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce solar energy solutions.
- Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
**What We Offer**
- **Base Salary**: $800 USD per month.
- **Commission**: $100 USD per installation (average 5-10 installs/month).
- **Training**: Ongoing training and mentorship provided.
- **Tools**: Access to sales and CRM software.
- **Leads**: Work with pre-qualified homeowner leads.
- **Work Environment**: Collaborative, remote team culture with growth opportunities.
- **Bonuses and Incentives**: Performance-based recognition and rewards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in phone sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
- Bilingual in **English and Spanish** is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and computer required for remote work.
